How to be your best self

Whether you are working or not, we all always work. Some of us work at the office and also in the house. Some of us work only at home.
Now, how can we be the best of ourselves? How can we make ourselves happy and mindful?
How can we have a growth mindset? How can we be international-minded?
The most important point is How can we be happy?
We can work on our behavior, thinking process, and expectations by looking at the difficulties individually.
When we meet someone old or new ... let's give a smile :)
We can greet and say positive words towards the people. Our body language is important because it clearly shows how positive we are towards others. Our facial expression is also important for others.
Smile can solve half of the problem.
The most important activities that we should avoid are :
Gossiping
Being judgemental
complaining
blaming others
Exaggerating
excuses
calling out -- always trying to grab the attention of others
Always being negative
At this moment can we think about how can we help out different types of people?

Think about the characteristics that we should exhibit so that it can create a positive environment. We need to be honest. We should be authentic towards others. It is required to show the true personality to others .... not make up false personality.
Love is the key to being a mindful person along with belief in the almighty. If we pray or do meditation and love all the things which God has given us can make us a good human being. We can be empathic towards all the living creatures. Spending time with animals and other creatures also helps us to feel happy and relaxed. If we are happy inside we can be happy outside. Our physical and mental health will bloom and we can grow and enjoy our lives.
