As a working person, I always think about how mentally I am sound and pleased. As a woman, I have ample duties towards my family and my workplace.. what about me?

If mentally I am happy, automatically my body will be happy too. How a happy mental state can have an impact on our working life and our own?


  1. Elevates self-esteem: It helps us to motivate ourselves to go forward with positivity. It can boost confidence and elevate our self-esteem.

  2. Improving physical health: Mental and physical health are intrinsically connected. A good mental state can help prevent or manage physical health problems.

  3. Boost mood: Reduces anxiety; Increases inner peace; Enhances clarity of thought; Improves interactions; Elevates self-esteem.

  4. Enhancing work and academic performance: Mental wellness directly influences our ability to concentrate, make decisions, and solve problems.

  5. Being motivated: Feeling the benefits of being active can help us to stay motivated and stick to a routine.

  14. Handling stress: Mental health is a major factor in a healthy lifestyle when we make difficult choices, deal with stress, and relate to other people in our world. We can handle stress more calmly especially if we are in the practice of yoga.

  15. Overall well-being: Mental health plays a vital role in our overall well-being. It is just as important as our physical health and, as a result, heavily influences our quality of life.
