We are the new-age learners and educators. We teach the kids who are living in the 21st-century world and with the blessing of technology, many of them are reaching the edges of every corner of the world.

As an educator and also being an IB educator, I believe we need to teach the learners to be included in the global community. We all learn together and under the umbrella of the IB framework, we are teaching and learning to maintain international-mindedness. Personally, I believe, IB teachers and learners have the immense opportunity to explore the world and get to know to learn together.

We have included many areas where we can connect to each other. For example, when I was doing the unit on culture and values I could connect with someone from Australia, India, and Pakistan. We also could connect with the students from different schools around the world to exchange our queries and learnings.

Hence, we also can utilize the international groups which we have in social media to connect with each other virtually. Even according to me, we can have individual sharing platforms where different schools from different countries can share their learnings and can leave the queries for others. I love the way children learn about different parts of the world and explore their learning. I always feel thrilled to be an educator where I can provide my learners the opportunities to include in the global learners' agency and world. Cheers to the learners and the future generations!
